We have the know-how and experience to provide a custom fit service for your needs. We are small enough to focus on your individual needs, yet big enough to complete your project in a timely manner. Each project is unique, and we treat each project as such.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we carry WSIB and $2,000,000 liability insurance. Proof of insurance will be made available upon request.
What are your rates?
Typically we operate on a fixed rate price which will depend on the complexity of the project. On some occasions, customers will opt to hire us at an hourly rate.
Which areas do you service?
We do projects throughout the GTA including; Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Mississauga, Toronto, and York Region.
Is there a lot of dust created during the renovation?
All stages of a renovation will create varying amounts of dust, including drywall and taping. We will do our best to mitigate any drywall dust from entering into your living space.
How much of a mess will I be left with?
We are cognizant of cleaning up when the job is complete. While we do our best to sweep the remaining drywall dust, it typically takes at least twenty four hours for it to settle. There will be some level of clean up required by the homeowner.
Is any down payment required?
For most projects we require a small down payment as a good faith deposit.
